From Kathryn Bigelow’s 1991 action thriller, Point Break, in which Keanu Reeves’ Johnny Utah, an undercover cop infiltrating a group of surfer-bank robbers, becomes seduced by the high-octane lifestyle of the criminals he’s trying to take down. In a moment of genuine ecstasy, Utah forms a spiritual bond with Bodhi (Patrick Swayze) and his crew as they surf the sky. In the overwhelming embrace of the clouds and the waves, Utah finds himself one of them, and it is here where he is happiest.
